Please be advised that orders become final 48 hours after payment confirmation and, thereafter, are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to our procurement commitments with suppliers for blanks and components. Exceptions to this rule may only be considered within the initial 48-hour window. To cancel an order, kindly notify us within this timeframe.
Our products are accompanied by a 12-month warranty covering 'normal use' on workmanship for our custom-built fishing rods and tackle. This warranty, however, does not extend to components supplied by external manufacturers. Hennessy Rods cannot assume liability for damages resulting from misuse. Rigorous pre and post-construction inspections are conducted on blanks and components to uphold the high standards expected from our artisanal fishing rod craftsmanship.
